Additive Manufacturing of metal parts

MARSi is introducing an important upgrade in 2017, now offering new services with the EOSINT M280 machine.

By purchasing the new direct laser metal sinteringmachine (DLMS), MARSi aims to develop its manufacturing process withthe latest and most advanced technology.
Based on 3D digital data, we can instantly produce parts of extremely high quality and hardness.

The machine is designed for the production of Tool Steel, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Cobalt Chrome, Nickel Alloy and Titanium.

EOSINT M280 can produce parts in the dimension of 250 x 250 x 325 mm. After we receive the 3D digital data, theparts can be manufactured in a matter of hours.
Additionally, the machine is equipped with a scanner for centring existing parts, which will improve the accuracy of pre-manufactured products.

We want to substantially increase our production efficiency as well as expand our services, which we will be offering in the future.
